Account Registration

3.1 Accuracy of Information

All bajre accounts are additionally protected by OTP (one-time password) verification for access from new or unrecognised devices. This security layer cannot be disabled by the account holder.
3.3 One Account Policy
Each individual player is strictly limited to one registered account on the bajre platform. Operating, or attempting to operate, more than one account — whether in your own name or under a third-party name — is a serious violation of these Terms. bajre employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bajre reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings pending a full investigation.
3.4 Account Currency
All bajre accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals; you deposit and withdraw in BDT at all times. bajre does not charge currency conversion fees of any kind.
Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by bajre, though individual payment providers may enforce their own transaction limits in accordance with their own terms of service. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bajre wallet within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your balance, depending on your bank's processing schedules.
bajre does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your bajre account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by the bajre payments team around the clock. The target processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is under 15 minutes from the time the request is approved. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, bajre may require you to complete identity and age verification as described in Section 2.2. 4.3 Withdrawal Holds

Such holds will be applied on reasonable grounds and bajre will communicate the reason and the expected resolution timeline to the affected player via email within 48 hours of the hold being applied.
4.4 Responsible Use of Funds

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the bajre platform are supplied by third-party game studios that hold their own certifications for fair play and random number generation. bajre does not operate proprietary game engines and does not have the ability to modify game outcomes, RTP (return to player) rates, or random number generation processes. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the software provided by the respective studios.
6.1 Game Availability
bajre reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice. 6.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software failure during a game session, bajre will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as practicable. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect game outcome or an incorrectly credited win, bajre reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original stake to the player. No additional compensation will be provided beyond the return of the original stake amount.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting offered on bajre covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules published on the bajre sports betting section at the time the bet was placed.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Individual games and betting markets carry their own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant betting market page. bajre reserves the right to impose additional stake limits on individual player accounts at its discretion, for example where unusual betting patterns are detected.

- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your bajre wallet. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- The player is or appears to be under the age of 18;
- The player has engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes;
- The player has abused the bonus system as described in Section 5.3;
- The player has opened more than one account in violation of the one account policy;
- bajre is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order;
- The player has requested account closure voluntarily, including via self-exclusion.
8.1 Effect of Closure
Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a player's voluntary request, bajre will conduct a review of the account's activity before determining whether any outstanding balance is to be returned to the player. Where closure results from verified fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, bajre reserves the right to withhold all or part of the outstanding balance pending the outcome of that review.
8.2 Voluntary Closure

Upon voluntary closure, any verified outstanding balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification requirements.
